Pool Rules:
Please review; you will be required to sign these terms and conditions this prior to your first swim.
1. Paws To Swim requires your dog to be up-to-date on their Rabies vaccination.
2. A surcharge of $25.00 will be made for dogs that defecate or vomit in the pool, as we will have to close the pool in order to remove it. If this happens please notify staff immediately. The surcharge must be paid in addition to regular session fee.
3. Dogs with infectious or contagious conditions (skin, eyes, gastro, kennel cough) will not be allowed to use the facility until physical conditions have cleared.
4. Owners and their dogs must be out of the pool room immediately after their designated swim session time has elapsed. Post swimming activities (showering, drying, etc.) must not interfere with other clients.
5. All swimming sessions must be paid for on the day of the swimming session. A $25 fee will be charged if an appointment is broken or canceled without a 24- hour notice. Fee must be paid before next swim session.
6. No person(s) are allowed in the water (or on the ramp at Patterson pool) without the authorization of the management of Paws to Swim.
7. Dogs must be kept on a lead unless in the pool room or exercise field. All dogs must be accompanied by their owner at all times.
8. It is the owner’s responsibility to clean up after their dogs while on the premises.
9. Paws to Swim cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal property while on premises.
10. I understand that participating in a dog swim session is not without risk to myself, members of my family or guests who may attend or my dog. I hereby waive and release Paws to Swim, their employees, property owners, volunteers, owners, members, from any and all liability of any nature, for injury or damage which I or my dog, family or guests may incur, and I expressly assume the risk of such damage or injury while participating any swimming sessions or any function while on the grounds or the surrounding area or other location thereto.
