Please read this important information before booking. It may answer questions you have throughout this process.
Select your service
Each pool has its own list of services and calendar
Select date and time
After selecting your service and pool, select a date and time. “Select and Continue”
Enter your information
Enter your name, number, email, and dog’s information. Upload a current rabies certificate (if you haven’t already), read through the Terms & Conditions. Continue to Payment OR Reserve without Paying.
If you have a credit or package, please select Reserve without Paying
Enter card information
Enter a valid credit card. Confirm that the amount due is correct. You will not be charged if you select Reserve without Paying.
If you receive an error message, it may be due to a bank stop (it’s happened to me!). Try a different card and try again.
Appointment confirmed!
From here, you can pay your balance, reschedule, cancel or add your appointment to your calendar.
If you do not see this confirmation page, check your email. If you do not have an email, your appointment was not booked.
Check your email
You will receive an email confirmation for every successful booking. You can change or cancel your appointment through this email.
If you do not receive an email and you’re sure that your email was entered in correctly, your appointment was not booked.
