COVID-19 Update
March 14, 2020:
We are taking this situation very seriously at Paws to Swim, and want to let you know how we plan to safeguard your health during this time. The health and safety of our clients, staff and the community in general is our top priority; therefore, we will be making the following changes effective immediately.
We have closed our Patterson location completely through Wednesday 3/18 in order to put safety measures into place since it is a shared office.
Our Rockville location is currently open on a limited basis. We are honoring all appointments that are scheduled for this weekend, but making changes to our schedule going forward.
In an effort to practice “social distancing,” we will only be scheduling Unassisted Sessions now through March 31. Clients are asked to pay for sessions ahead of time through our website to minimize unnecessary time in the office.
We are doubling our cleaning efforts around the facility, continually cleaning doorknobs, lifejackets, shower handles, etc. There will be sanitation stations by the doors and showers so that clients can spray handles after use.
As of now, our underwater portrait sessions on 3/28 with Kristen Murray Photography is currently moving forward as scheduled.
New clients: We are unfortunately not accepting new clients at this time. We hope to be able to open our doors completely in April. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to meeting you and your dog soon. If you would like to pre-book a swim for April, please call us at 804-749-4972
